Plaqat is on the App Store from today: Plaqat : sorties à Paris. It is free, in French and English, and carries the same listings as the web app at plaqat.app.
What is in it: concerts, exhibitions, theatre and screenings in Paris and the larger venues around it, on an agenda and a map. Save events, build lists, follow artists and venues. The one notification you can ask for is the moment tickets open for something you saved.
What changed since the beta. The catalogue no longer comes from reading venues' own sites. A site that did not block us had still not said yes, so every venue scraper was switched off, and each listing now comes from a source that agreed to be reused: the city's open data, official ticketing APIs, partner catalogues, and newsletters venues send us themselves. Some small halls are missing because of it. If one of them is yours, write to salut@plaqat.app and it can be listed properly.
Booking still happens on the venue's or the seller's own site. Where a link earns Plaqat a commission, it says so next to the link, and it never decides what is listed or in what order.
